The bed was comfortable, and the staff were courteous and professional . It's also conveniently located near a Waffle House and Willie Jewell's, made grabbing a meal super easy.

Neat units with king bed, tub, for instance, and the staff were very knowledgeable. Hotel's location was exceptionally nice and perfect, close to everything.

The golf course nearby was a nice bonus. The room cleanliness was lacking, particularly the bathroom.

Mt husband and I were celebrating our 7th year wedding anniversary. The hotel was in a great location. We had a lot of restaurants around us, a lot of different stores around us, and there was a shopping mall down the street from the hotel.
I did not like that the pool was out when we were there.

I had a pleasant stay at the Surestay, offering solid value for what I paid. The location was super convenient, and the staff treated me with great hospitality, especially Michelle at the front desk.
The breakfast experience could use more variety in options.
